About The Position

Why this role exists If you’ve worked in infusion long enough, you know the difference between managing chaos and leading a well-run program. At CTNC, we’ve built a high-performing, in-house neurology infusion center supported by experienced physicians, nurses, and coordinators. Now we’re looking for an Infusion Nurse Supervisor to help lead our team, strengthen operations, and continue elevating the patient experience. This role blends clinical care, team leadership, and operational partnership. Why nurses step into this leadership role Established outpatient infusion program Strong physician partnership and support Monday–Friday clinic (4x10 nursing schedule available) Leadership opportunity with real influence Collaborative, team-focused culture What you’ll do Clinical leadership Provide infusion and skilled nursing care as needed Support safe patient assessments, education, and emergency response Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices Team supervision & mentorship Train, coach, and support infusion nursing staff Lead staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing education Foster a collaborative, positive team culture Operations & quality Serve as the bridge between infusion staff and clinic leadership Support workflow efficiency and daily clinic operations Participate in quality programs and maintain key metrics Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards Required qualifications Active RN license + BLS certification BSN required 1+ year supervisory nursing experience Infusion experience strongly preferred Strong IV skills, clinical judgment, and communication If you are an RN interested in transitioning into infusion, we encourage you to apply. Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • BLS certification
  • BSN required
  • 1+ year supervisory nursing experience
  • Strong IV skills, clinical judgment, and communication

Nice To Haves

  • Infusion experience strongly preferred
