About The Position
We are a growing rheumatology clinic dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment. Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with 2-3 years infusion experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong IV therapy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of TN)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (required)
- Previous infusion/IV experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions and injections as ordered by providers
- Monitor patients during and after infusions for safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality patient care
