About The Position

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Infusion Nurse (Psychiatry) to provide safe, effective IV-based treatment in a supportive outpatient setting in Cherry Creek, CO. This role involves closely monitoring patients, managing care from start to finish, and creating a calm, reassuring experience during each visit. The position offers meaningful patient connection, manageable nurse-to-patient ratios (1:2), and a schedule that supports work-life balance, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week with alternating Saturdays and no Sundays. Serenity Healthcare focuses on redefining psychiatric care with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, delivering evidence-based, FDA-cleared treatments for conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD using advanced medical technology.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong IV placement, maintenance, and management skills
• Knowledge of medications, sterile technique, and infection control
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Administer ketamine infusions safely and effectively via IV
• Monitor and support patients throughout treatment sessions
• Educate patients and families on the infusion process with clarity and compassion
• Provide calm, reassuring emotional support during care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support providers and patients via telehealth when not administering infusions
• Collaborate with the team and assist where needed to keep operations running smoothly
