We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Leader to oversee our growing nursing and clinical navigator (Medical Assistant) teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled RN who values leadership, collaboration, and delivering exceptional patient care. As Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations and fostering a positive, patient-centered environment. You will work closely with and report to an engaged nurse leader committed to coaching and mentorship, giving you the support and guidance needed to succeed and grow in your leadership role.

Requirements

  • Compassionate and caring bedside manner.
  • Motivational Managerial Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Idaho RN License (required upon hire)
  • Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification (required upon hire)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Oncology experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the VP of Clinical Operations to direct and manage nursing and clinical navigator teams, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching.
  • Oversee staffing and workflow to ensure efficiency and quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational goals for clinical teams.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
  • Educate staff on patient care standards and emergency protocols.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary leadership team to support clinic-wide initiatives.
