Bring your smartest and most creative thinking self to this highly visible operations role, building reports and developing new metrics to track scheduling efficiencies. Provide thoughtful and insightful coordination to our administrative scheduling function in a high-volume patient setting. Here you'll partner with the Columbia physician practice, providing strategic scheduling to ensure an optimal patient experience. Supervise a dedicated team of scheduling coordinators, overseeing workflows, payroll administration, and training of new & existing staff. In this role, you will be integral to the successful operations of the center. This is a day shift position working Monday - Friday, with as-needed extension beyond regular shift hours as is inherent in a leadership position. This position requires on site presence 5 days/week. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Scheduling/Registration system experience.
  • Epic experience.
