The Infusion Chemotherapy RN provides specialized nursing care to patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and other infusion therapies in an outpatient clinic setting. This nurse ensures safe drug administration, monitors for adverse reactions, educates patients and families, and collaborates closely with the oncology care team. Provides patient care in alignment with Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and American Nurses Association (ANA) standards. The Specialty Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) delivers patient-centered nursing care in a specialized outpatient clinic setting. This role involves assessment, triage, coordination of care, patient education, and direct clinical support to providers. The RN collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care aligned with the specialty's protocols. Specialty Clinics include but are not limited to Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Gynecology, and Pulmonology. Provides patient care in alignment with American Nurses Association (ANA), and appropriate governing body as it relates to specific clinic standards.
