About The Position
The Infrastructure Telecommunication Design Technician (ITD Tech) plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing telecommunications projects under the guidance of a Supervising Telecommunications Systems Engineer. This position involves providing technical direction for small to medium-sized telecommunications projects, ensuring that all aspects, including project tasks, customer relations, and construction coordination, are effectively managed. The ITD Tech is responsible for reviewing architectural engineering drawings to ensure compliance with telecommunications and low-voltage system requirements, as well as designing detailed telecommunications floor plans using AutoCAD and Visio software.
