We are seeking an Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Manager who will be responsible for leading the design, operation, and continuous improvement of Americhem’s global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environment. This role will oversee both on-premise and cloud-based systems while ensuring a strong security posture across the organization. An experienced, strategic, and hands-on leader with the ability to manage complex environments, lead teams, and drive technology initiatives while maintaining operational excellence is critical to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
  • 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience managing hybrid environments (on-premise and Azure cloud)
  • Proven experience leading cybersecurity programs, including risk management and incident response
  • Experience with ITIL-based service management and service desk operations
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity platforms (AD/Entra ID)
  • Experience with enterprise networking, firewalls, routing, and secure remote access
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001)
  • Strong project and vendor management capabilities
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost optimization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Advanced degree or certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, Azure, Security+, ITIL) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee global infrastructure including network, servers, cloud platforms (Azure), endpoints, and collaboration systems
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience of all IT systems
  • Lead cloud strategy, including hybrid architecture, governance, and cost optimization
  • Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, including testing and documentation
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity programs, policies, and standards to protect company systems and data
  • Lead vulnerability management, risk assessments, penetration testing, and remediation efforts
  • Oversee endpoint security, network security, identity management, and monitoring solutions
  • Direct incident response activities and lead root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry security requirements
  • Provide leadership and direction to infrastructure and service desk teams
  • Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high-quality IT service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement using ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change, and asset management)
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle management
  • Promote automation, standardization, and process efficiency across IT operations
  • Manage IT projects, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and participate in architecture and system design
  • Contribute to scripting, automation, and technical documentation
  • Serve as a technical advisor to IT leadership on emerging technologies and risk mitigation strategies
