About The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, delivering, and installing personal computers, telephones, networking, and peripheral equipment using established and defined procedures and processes. You will perform preventative maintenance on voice and data communication systems and associated hardware while maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, you will actively participate in Safety and Environmental programs, ensuring compliance with MIS policies and site operational goals. Troubleshooting will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will perform voice, network, and PC troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose infrastructure problems. Other duties may be assigned as required.
