Piper Companies is looking for an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join a healthcare organization. This position is based in Columbia, MD with 3 remote days per week. The Infrastructure Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. This role includes acting as third tier support to resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and developing Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs). The engineer will work collaboratively to design solutions based on performance and capacity projections, and will also contribute to the modernization of the infrastructure strategy by helping evaluate, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
