The Infrastructure Systems Engineer’s role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house and hosted information systems that support core organizational functions. Will be part of a talented team of IT professionals that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Manages day-to-day operations of virtual server environments, O365 and shared business applications, telecommunications, multi-location global network, and various other technical infrastructure. The Infrastructure Systems Engineer will help define and execute IT project requirement definition, solution research, validation, implementation, and documentation. Develop and Implement systems to automate IT tasks, enhance security, and prevent service interruptions. Act as tier-3 IT support as required for local and remote users including monitoring the operating environments, responding to incidents, problems, and planning for growth. Participate in all aspects of IT project execution and day-to-day IT functions including technical innovation, change control and documentation.
