Requires extensive knowledge in working technical infrastructure operations and maintenance and receives general direction in current IT policies, procedures, and practices and makes recommendations Responsible for working with high level of detail and knowledge as the server and storage team SME for Hyland OnBase Administrator Responsible for working within cross functional team to support server and storage management to include provisioning, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Active Directory and group policy, DNS, PowerShell scripting, backup and restore Functions as the SME for OnBase administration and application and all scanning devices attached to systems, tier 1, 2, 3 OnBase support, and OnBase scanning Provides technical support and training of tier 1,2,3 technical staff Works with IT managers for solutions design Responsible for Hyland OnBase for DRC including all prisons and APA offices to support all DHCP scopes and IP addresses belonging to DRC Works with members of security team to ensure OnBase version is up to date and provides required security parameters to meet agency needs Maintains group shares and permissions on all file servers Works with team to recover lost data Agency contact for utilizing OIT shared IT services Coordinates server storage and procurement from OIT Responsible for translating DRC specific business requirements into IT resources Determines hardware and software requirements for new projects

Requirements

  • 60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following\: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
  • completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following\: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
  • completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following\: evaluating effectiveness and risk of it processes, recommending changes in IT procedures to meet customer needs, and evaluating and/or researching hardware and/or software solutions and providing feedback to project team or higher-level staff including 12 mos. work experience in the primary technology specified by the agency in the position description & job posting.
  • equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.

Responsibilities

  • Working technical infrastructure operations and maintenance and receives general direction in current IT policies, procedures, and practices and makes recommendations

  • Working within cross functional team to support server and storage management to include provisioning, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Active Directory and group policy, DNS, PowerShell scripting, backup and restore
