The Infrastructure Senior Associate is responsible for the deployment and management of the LivaNova IT Infrastructure. They will cover day-to-day duties as reported through the LivaNova ticketing system. They will ensure that health checks are performed at regular intervals for existing systems and will work with other members of IT Infrastructure to architect and deploy new systems or upgrade existing ones as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Active Directory management
  • PowerShell knowledge
  • Microsoft O365 suite
  • Teams
  • Exchange Online/On-Prem
  • One Drive
  • Entra
  • Intune/Autopilot
  • PKI/Public Certificate Management
  • Ability to configure a Windows server to meet application needs.
  • 5+ years in an infrastructure of similar or larger size.
  • Healthcare/Med-tech experience a plus.
  • Ability to converse with non-IT-familiar people about IT related needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly health checks are completed.
  • Take ownership of support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Document new processes, update existing documents where needed.
  • Respond to alerts as generated by monitoring systems.
  • Consistently evaluate current in use technology and processes for improvement.
