About The Position

Project Manager – Starlink Deployments & Circuit Upgrades Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support Starlink installation requests, site readiness activities, and circuit upgrade initiatives across our operational footprint. This role will work closely with field teams, vendors, engineering, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and cost effective delivery of connectivity solutions. Key Responsibilities Starlink Deployment Support • Manage end to end Starlink installation requests, including intake, prioritization, scheduling, and status tracking. • Coordinate with site managers, field technicians, and vendors to ensure site readiness (power, mounting, cabling, environmental considerations). • Validate installation requirements and ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols. • Track equipment shipments, inventory, and activation timelines. • Maintain accurate documentation for each deployment, including site photos, configuration details, and completion reports. Circuit Upgrade Management • Oversee circuit upgrade requests from initiation through completion, ensuring minimal operational disruption. • Partner with network engineering to validate technical requirements and upgrade paths. • Coordinate with ISPs, telecom vendors, and internal stakeholders to schedule work, manage change windows, and resolve blockers. • Monitor upgrade progress, escalate delays, and ensure timely delivery of upgraded services. • Maintain detailed records of circuit inventory, upgrade status, and vendor performance. Cross Functional Coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, field teams, and leadership regarding connectivity projects. • Provide regular updates, dashboards, and reporting on project status, risks, and timelines. • Facilitate issue resolution across teams and ensure alignment on priorities. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for connectivity initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in telecom, networking, field operations, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Strong understanding of connectivity technologies (Starlink, LTE/5G, fiber, broadband, circuits).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working with vendors, ISPs, or field service organizations.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong problem solving and escalation management
  • Comfortable working with technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate site needs into actionable project plans
  • Self starter with a bias toward execution

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.
