This role is for an Infrastructure & Network Engineer who wants to design, modernize, and protect the systems that keep a global manufacturing organization running. You won’t just “keep the lights on”—you will lead enterprise-wide infrastructure upgrades, solve complex networking challenges, and directly enable business continuity, plant performance, and operational efficiency. You will own critical infrastructure across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, high‑availability data centers, and global networks, working at the intersection of IT engineering, business needs, and industrial operations. What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role by consistently delivering stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure while driving measurable business outcomes: Deliver enterprise infrastructure projects on time and on budget, from design through implementation. Increase reliability and uptime across global LAN, WAN, wireless, voice, and data center environments. Reduce incident frequency and resolution time through proactive monitoring, root-cause analysis, and documentation. Enable secure manufacturing operations by supporting plant floor networking, IP devices, and industrial systems. Modernize legacy infrastructure through thoughtful adoption of new networking, security, and voice technologies. Be trusted as a technical authority and problem solver by both IT and business stakeholders.
