Factory is seeking seasoned Infrastructure Engineers to architect, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The role involves leading the design and implementation of robust, secure, and highly scalable cloud infrastructure, utilizing tools like Docker and Terraform. You will work in close collaboration with product teams and software engineers to deeply understand and efficiently address infrastructure requirements for new features, research initiatives, and evolving customer needs. Additionally, you will develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, significantly enhancing the software development and deployment processes. Ensuring the highest levels of security, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid incident response is also a key responsibility. You will champion performance improvements and infrastructure automation, leveraging best practices to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
