Join our team as an Infrastructure Engineer, a key role focused on building and maintaining robust solutions across cloud platforms, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and network services, with a strong emphasis on automation. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, as well as virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible for infrastructure management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer focus and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, driving results and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize hybrid cloud solutions to enhance scalability, performance, and resource efficiency.
• Implement and manage cloud services, virtualization technologies, and automation tools to improve infrastructure utilization and streamline operations.
• Monitor system availability and performance across cloud and on-premises environments, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Support and maintain critical hybrid cloud infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead the resolution of complex infrastructure challenges, leveraging advanced knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service interruptions in hybrid cloud environments, ensuring quick and effective recovery.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system failures, apply corrective actions, and ensure long-term infrastructure resilience.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, focusing on hybrid cloud architectures.
• Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities within hybrid cloud environments.
