About The Position

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to work with our expert IT Team across the world. You will be working with Global IT Infrastructure Network and Hosting engineers of our team. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, managing, and monitoring of IT on-premises and cloud infrastructure including disaster recovery planning and security compliance. Assist in escalated incidents, problems, request management and project implementation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Data Center and Azure Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of IT Infrastructure Servers & Network support experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Enterprise Stack (Administration, AD, ADFS, DFS, GPO, SCCM).
• 3+ years of experience in Hyperconverged, Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware Infrastructure.
• Preferred Industry Certifications - CompTIA; Microsoft, Cisco, DELL, etc.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2019, 2022)
• Functional knowledge of LAN/WAN and tiered application architecture
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as required

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Certifications, MCSA, MCSE, MCP
• Azure Certifications, e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Engineer, or Solutions Architect Expert.
• Cisco ISE Knowledge and Support
• Z-Scaler Internet and Private Access Knowledge and Support
• Project Management experience.
• Experience in Database Technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, RDS).
• Virtualization (Hyper-V or VMWare ESX Infrastructure).
• Experience with configuring Palo Alto, Silver Peaks and Cisco Meraki networking devices.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing global infrastructure, including on-premise and Azure cloud environments
• Understanding regional business requirements and deploying IT solutions.
• Providing high-level engineering support and performing infrastructure migrations.
• Supporting both on-premise and cloud systems, with a focus on automation, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Maintaining detailed technical documentation and collaborating with regional IT teams.
• Designing global infrastructure, ensuring security, cost efficiency, and reliability.
• Handling incident resolution and optimizing infrastructure management processes with minimal oversight.
