About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Network and Cloud Infrastructure team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hybrid environment, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain, optimize, and secure enterprise systems while contributing to strategic cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Deploy, manage, and support cloud environments (Azure).
Diagnosing and resolve network connectivity issues across multiple platforms.
Provision cloud resources, implement automation, and monitor performance metrics.
Manage patching, system updates, and backup verification processes.
Manage Corporate office , Branch office Wi-Fi networks.
Maintain and update technical documentation, including configurations and procedures.
Enhance infrastructure security, reliability, and scalability through continuous improvement.
Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to networking and cloud services.
Administer and support the Office 365 tenant specific to the business unit.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud and datacenter resources across all regions.
Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and Azure Cloud teams to support and resolve technical issues.
Monitor and optimize performance, availability, and cost across datacenter environment.
