About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This role demands strong experience in DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and cloud services, along with an active AWS or Azure Cloud Certification. This Position is a hybrid work environment / 95% Remote – Candidate must live within 2 hours of a government Facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 7+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or DevOps
• AWS or Azure Cloud Certification (required)
• Proficient in scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Demonstrated hands-on coding experience in automation and deployment scripts

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP)

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitor and improve infrastructure performance, scalability, and security
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate system provisioning and configuration
• Ensure system reliability and uptime across all environments
• Collaborate with application teams to support deployments and scaling
• Maintain program presence for a minimum of one year
