About The Position
The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for validating and benchmarking cloud shapes, instances, and kernels, as well as qualifying new hardware and firmware for both on-prem and cloud production environments. This role involves generating high-quality reports, providing user experience feedback, and supporting architects with documentation and testing runbooks. The engineer will also manage the Sunnyvale lab and collaborate with vendors to debug hardware issues, ensuring the reliability of production systems.
