We seek a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our global team and help design, implement, and maintain our private and public cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux system administration, NetApp storage, and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
- Configure, administer and troubleshoot NetApp storage solutions.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular updates, and perform issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support business needs.
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Work within our data center as needed to assist with hardware installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and other critical infrastructure tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an infrastructure or systems engineering role.
- Experience in Linux system administration (e.g., RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP storage administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience working in a data center environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with VMware for virtualization and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of OpenStack for cloud computing and orchestration.
- Experience with Grafana for infrastructure observability.
- Proven scripting skills, ideally with Python.
