The position involves developing AI and Machine Learning solutions while leveraging rapid prototyping and agile methodologies to bring these solutions to market. The role requires driving workstreams or projects that consist of one or more infrastructure engineering technologies. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing changes to resolve issues and modernize technology processes, executing creative solutions for design, development, and technical troubleshooting, and considering upstream and downstream data and systems implications. The candidate will produce operational and development expertise in building proactive monitoring, contribute to auto-heal and recovery during system failures, and gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reports on application and system health, uptime, performance improvements, and change and capacity management of the services supported. Collaboration with the development team throughout the software development life cycle is essential to help build software for reliability. The candidate will also identify and analyze incident patterns, conduct post-mortems, develop permanent remediation plans, and implement automation to prevent future incidents.
