This is an Infrastructure Engineer role. Professional etiquette, extremely polished, and energetic are must-have personal traits. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot devices, tools, and technologies in short windows of time, and be able to alleviate executives' and/or company associates' concerns/stress regarding devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones), conferencing tools - Zoom, Teams, password resets, and unlocking of locked accounts.
