About The Position

Lifespace Communities is seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Lead to guide and execute the organization’s enterprise network strategy. This role ensures secure, reliable connectivity across all Lifespace communities and serves as the senior escalation point for major incidents, outages, and infrastructure challenges. Requirements

  • 8+ years in network engineering or infrastructure management, including 2+ years leading programs
  • PCNSE or Palo Alto NGFW, plus CCNP or CCIE required
  • Strong expertise in Azure Networking, Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, cloud telephony
  • Experience with MSP/MSSP vendors and distributed enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, and Zero Trust frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and optimization of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN, voice, and cloud connectivity
  • Oversee Meraki, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Azure cloud networking environments
  • Maintain standard configurations, segmentation, documentation, and lifecycle plans
  • Ensure high availability, redundancy, uptime SLAs, and DR readiness
  • Partner with Information Security on Zero Trust, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DDoS protection, and secure baselines
  • Support change control, vulnerability management, and patch cycles
  • Serve as the lead technical escalation point for incidents and outages
  • Manage MSP/MSSP and telecom vendors to ensure SLA compliance
  • Lead community-level network deployments and upgrades
  • Mentor cross-functional teams and support operational excellence
