Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support for all warehouse operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide end-user assistance and implement new technologies to optimize efficiency.
• Engage with site leadership to ensure alignment and visibility of IT initiatives.
• Manage various IT projects, including planning, tracking, and communication of changes.
• Work with external vendors to resolve problems and ensure business continuity.
• Author and own the site disaster recovery plan, including execution and testing.
• Create and maintain a long-range IT plan and influence future investments.
• Ensure reliability and protection of critical systems related to local operations.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for desktop issues.
• Act with urgency and empathy to resolve customer service issues.
• Manage problem resolution and incident response in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with processes and escalate non-compliance issues.
• Collaborate with global D&T groups to implement new technologies.
