Maintain and implement systems, equipment, software, and processes necessary to support Associated Bank's infrastructure. Monitor the environment using advanced technologies and resolves Tier I and Tier II level issues and problems.

  • Perform incident and problem management duties using existing tools while following established processes.
  • Package, maintain and deploy applications.
  • Deploy and update security patches on Client Systems and Servers.
  • Maintain current documentation and create new documentation as required to aid in ongoing support of systems and equipment.
  • Create, maintain and support Virtual Desktops.
  • Create Requests for Changes and present them for approval to the Change Advisory Board.
  • Review reports using in-house tools and third-party vendor solutions to identify problems and take corrective action.
  • Review diagnostic logs and assist in making corrections of noted problems on both Servers and Client systems.
  • Maintain currency and familiarity with client and server operating system software and applications.
  • Participate in On Call rotation.
  • Work with end users, business partners and IT leadership to provide current, accurate documentation of supported systems, and activities required in the event of a disaster.
  • Participate in ongoing testing of Business Resumption plans.
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 2 years' experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting various infrastructure elements required.
  • 2 years' experience with troubleshooting approaches, configuration management, and change control procedures required.
  • 2 years' experience creating and managing documentation, following standard operating procedures and general system maintenance required.
  • 2 years' experience with technologies such as Windows 11, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Workstation Group Policies, macOS, iOS, Citrix and Windows Server required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Information Systems preferred.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science preferred.
  • Cisco CCT, CCNA, Network+, A+, MTA or MCP by start date preferred.
