Amazon is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery- Deploy Technician to join our growing team within infrastructure operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and sustainability of our next-generation networks. As a technician, you will work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment, assisting in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale our network. Your responsibilities will include scaling support across several data center locations and managing day-to-day capacity requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal customers and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution as directed by Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers. In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will leverage your experience in supporting large-scale, enterprise-class networks, as well as your skills in network implementation and troubleshooting. The Infrastructure Delivery- Deploy Technician will be responsible for managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, troubleshooting networking and routing issues, and ensuring that hardware racking and stacking are completed for new equipment. You will also participate in the migration, basic configuration, and rollout of new or upgraded hardware.
