We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for automation, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes, and you're excited to use the latest open-source tools, this is the role for you. As a senior Infrastructure Cloud engineer on our team, you will use your development experience to build, deploy, and manage a cloud agnostic platform for a multi-tenant environment. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless operation and deployment of cloud-native applications. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or sof tware engineering in a cloud environment
  • Experience in Kubernetes architecture, deployment, management, container orchestration, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm for Kubernetes, or Terragrunt
  • Experience with container orchestration, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in Kubernetes
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux server systems in the Cloud
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation tools
  • Knowledge of AWS services and how to integrate them with Kubernetes
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of start date

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming in Bash, Python, Groovy, or Golang
  • Experience with Kubernetes Operators, Rancher, and RKE2
  • Experience using or managing ArgoCD, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Pro met heus
  • Experience with Pulumi or Crossplane
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer Certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
