Infrastructure and Networking Manager
About The Position
The Infrastructure and Networking Manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and operating secure, scalable, and resilient technology infrastructure that enables the companys business and technology strategy. This role partners closely with business and IT leaders to ensure reliable compute, network, storage, cloud, and end-user services, while overseeing both on-premise and cloud environments. The Manager ensures high availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency, establishes standards and processes to improve reliability and operational excellence, and aligns infrastructure capabilities with business needs through strategic planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Degree or skills-based certificates in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of infrastructure or IT operations experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, operating systems, and security
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex initiatives
- Cloud, ITIL, or security certifications
- Experience with: Cisco and Palo Alto hardware
- Administering Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Active Directory
- The following products: Zscaler, Sentinel One, KnowBe4, Abnomal
Responsibilities
- Oversee cloud, on-premise systems, networks, storage, and end-user computing
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of infrastructure services
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives
- Establish disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency strategies
- Manage the infrastructure budget
- Define and report KPIs and service performance metrics
- Manage third-party vendors and managed service providers
- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams
