Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is reinventing how capital projects are planned, designed, managed, and executed. We help our clients efficiently and sustainably build and upgrade the factories, plants, networks, grids, transport, and public infrastructure we need to live and work. Our experienced program and project managers work on the ground, hand in hand with our industry experts, strategists, technologists, and ecosystem partners to improve project performance and outcomes. We balance the need to make improvements immediately with the desire to transform the way projects are delivered in the future. From inception to completion, we use deep 'hands on' design and construction experience coupled with data, technology, and AI to help bring projects in on time and on budget. We focus on building a digital backbone to improve collaboration between stakeholders, reduce risk, and use resources more efficiently. Together with our clients, we are using technology and human ingenuity to reinvent the way our built world is created, operated, and maintained.
