About The Position
At Benco Dental, our company is our family, and we are looking for a new addition to assist us in Driving Dentistry Forward. Responsible for managing a 24/7 always-on multi-location enterprise network environment; designing and implementing logical network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, Internet, firewall policies, routing protocols, MPLS, VPN, QOS, etc.; providing architecture, engineering, and operational support for all devices throughout the infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless devices; proactively monitoring of Benco's enterprise network, home office, CP showrooms, DCs, creating network documentation that includes physical and logical designs, version management, IP schemas, and firewall rule sets; troubleshooting and diagnosing advanced network issues, including configuration, routing issues, spanning tree performance, software bugs, hardware failures, etc., and provide detailed root cause analysis; coordinating with third-party companies to configure secure inter-site network connectivity over technologies such as VPN, T1, DS3, and MPLS networks; managing and testing disaster recovery management and testing; participating in the development of policies and procedures supporting the IT Infrastructure.
