The Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS), the Massachusetts state public defender agency, is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator who will be responsible for maintenance of hardware and software of the Agency data centers, backup and replication, and the Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environment. This position will work to ensure the Agency hybrid cloud environment runs securely, efficiently and effectively and will identify new functionality that can be leveraged by the Agency. The Infrastructure Administrator is also responsible for resolving third-level support requests and will advise other Helpdesk staff when needed. This position is expected to travel to various offices around the Commonwealth. Travel is estimated up to 30% of working hours, and there is also the requirement to participate in the regular, on-call weekend coverage rotation cycle.
