BAE Systems is looking for a Program Manager to lead a small team of project managers and engineers supporting the governments acquisition of infrastructure design and construction for the Sentinel ICBM program. The Program Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive team culture that aligns with and contributes to the overall acquisition team's culture and goals. This includes conflict management, change management, effective communication, and strong leadership to achieve the program vision and schedule. The Program Manager will also lead technical projects, working groups, and technical discussions, as necessary, to support infrastructure acquisition efforts and in accordance with government directives and requirements. The Program Manager will be responsible for document development, meeting organization, coordination across multiple organizations, interface with scheduling, coordination and oversight of work, interface with financial & contracting personnel, and monthly deliverables to the government.
