Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration and integration of RTE within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to ensure optimal system performance
  • Oversee the development and implementation of CRM solutions that align with business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective CRM workflows
  • Ensure the security and compliance of CRM systems by implementing best practices and protocols
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes and configurations to support ongoing operations
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of CRM systems
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to recommend enhancements to existing CRM infrastructure
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on CRM strategies and objectives
  • Implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition and integration within CRM systems
  • Conduct regular audits of CRM systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
