About The Position
Overview Job Title: Information Warfare Commander (IWC/EW/JTT/IW/Q) - Contingent Upon Contract Award Location: San Diego, CA Period of Performance: Five (5) Years Duties Security Clearance: "Secret” level clearance at time of award. Experience Requirements: --Naval Warfare Specialist. Must have Naval Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an Information (IWC/EW /JTT/IW/Q) Warfare Commander or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members. --Must have experience operating a tactical training type of military system such as JSAF/MARCI System. --Must have experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience. --Must have scenario development/training experience and configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems: Modeling and Simulation, Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF) Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI) Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT) Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A) /16(J) Satellite-J Link 16 Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M) Tactical Voice/Data Communications. (JJT Operator)
Requirements
- Naval Warfare Specialist.

- Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Initiative-taker requiring minimal supervision.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Position requires an active DoD security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- 15 years or greater of experience in the U.S military preferred (U.S. Navy at the E6 experience level or above is highly desired).
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a business discipline is required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook) is required.
