The Information Technology Technician 2 analyzes technical problems and implements appropriate solutions. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide telephone, remote, and in-person technical support through the UT Health Science Center College of Medicine-Knoxville’s Help Desk operation. This position is also primarily responsible for performing installation and upgrades to computers and peripherals.
