About The Position

OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is seeking qualified applicants to fill a position for IT Support Specialist. Duties include installation, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of hardware, software, and other various technology-related services including but not limited to workstations, servers, networking, video conferencing, and audio visual equipment. Strong verbal, written, critical thinking, organizational, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer and Information Systems or related field preferred
• Two years of relevant experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Installation of hardware and software
• Maintenance and configuration of technology systems
