About The Position
The Information Technology Support Specialist is a part-time role within the Information Technology Department, responsible for providing customer support for computer hardware, software, network issues, and training in a LAN/WAN environment. The specialist ensures operational efficiency of staff PCs, printers, and peripherals, assists users in troubleshooting problems, and supports hybrid public meetings for the City Council and other boards.
