Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and O365.
• Understanding of Active Directory, Citrix, and Meraki and Cisco devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and requests.
• Setup hardware to be used by Messer personnel including laptops, PCs, networking equipment, and mobile devices.
• Configure software to be used by Messer personnel.
• Follow documented tasks and processes as assigned.
• Seek new methods or improvements to documented tasks and update documentation accordingly.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues/requests.
• Record details of inquiries and requests as well as actions taken.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments or other project leads.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
• Travel to company locations for setup or troubleshooting as needed.
