About The Position

The Information Technology Specialist at Woodmeister Master Builders is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. This role emphasizes customer service, providing technical support both in-person and over the phone to users in the field and office teams. The specialist will collaborate with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure efficient operations and resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office 365, Tenant Admin, One-Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience using ComputerEase, Procore, Innergy, Autodesk Software is a plus.

  • Experience with additional software tools such as ComputerEase, Procore, Innergy, and Autodesk.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Managed Services Provider (MSP) to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide technical support for personal computers, related PC software, and associated networks.
  • Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, software, telephones, and mobile devices.
  • Assist the team with resolving connectivity issues related to technology and ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Connect personal computers and other devices to existing wired, wireless, and cellular networks.
  • Perform setups for PCs and mobile devices for end-users.
  • Instruct and assist users in the effective use of personal computers, IT devices, and network resources.
  • Maintain logs of troubleshooting activities and user support interactions using MSP Helpdesk software.
  • Enforce and adhere to all security and data safety regulations during the installation, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows desktop OS, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a proactive approach when assisting customers.
