About The Position

The Information Technology Specialist (Systems Analysis) at NASA's Glenn Research Center is responsible for assessing and delivering IT services and capabilities to support the organization's mission. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to capture IT requirements, providing technical oversight for IT projects, and ensuring effective communication and training for users on OCIO services. Requirements

• Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in IT lifecycle management and requirements development.
• Experience collaborating cross-organizationally on IT initiatives and projects.
• Technical oversight experience for collaboration products and services.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GRC OCIO stakeholders and customers to capture and implement IT-related needs.
• Develop customer requirements for IT collaboration and hybrid conference rooms.
• Perform technical oversight for IT requirements execution in conference and collaboration rooms.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and consultation for OCIO services to the GRC community.
• Develop and conduct training to inform users on OCIO services and capabilities.
• Integrate with existing OCIO enterprise and service providers to deliver technology and services.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot activities related to customer requirements for OCIO services.
• Address incidents and problems in response to customer inquiries and implement solutions.
