About The Position
The position involves administering Microsoft Active Directory accounts, managing printer queues, and overseeing computers in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. The role also includes managing group policy objects, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, network permissions, and network connections. The incumbent will execute various programs such as DICE, MiPACs, Pharmacy/Laboratory/Radiology, T-Metrics, DMLSS, and ZEISS, updating information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. As the Information System Security Officer, the individual will implement cybersecurity policies, assess vulnerabilities, and recommend processes for improvement. Additionally, the role requires overseeing the help desk, reviewing and assigning tickets, ensuring adherence to policy/guidance, and resolving complex IT cases. The position also involves conducting inventories, inspections, and data reconciliation to manage property assets, managing the clinic's VoIP phones, mobile devices, and fax lines, and providing support for continuity of operations by identifying capabilities and gaps and developing solutions to fill those gaps.
