About The Position
This position may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations: Sacramento, Vacaville, Pleasanton, Santa Ana or Glendale. Are you interested in making a difference at State Fund? If so, the Enterprise Project Management Office, Business Analyst Resource Center (BARC) has an immediate opening for an Information Technology Specialist II (ITS II) to serve as a Product Project Lead. Under the broad administrative direction of the BARC Vice President, the ITS II will collaborate with business and information technology teams to formulate guidelines and set priorities in the planning, developing, implementing and enhancing products that support State Fund business efforts that are essential to our mission and overall success. The position will be responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with the Systems Development Life Cycle, including how to conduct discovery, define detailed scope, establish and manage schedules and timelines, and collaborate with teams to achieve the product vision. This position requires a thorough understanding of State Fund IT systems and platforms, and an overarching knowledge of business acumen in order to drive project plans to completion. The ITS II is responsible for working in collaboration with leadership and teams to set and meet project and product goals, objectives, budget and contract management.
