About The Position
The position involves performing assignments as an event mission lead under the direction of a higher-level IT specialist or independently. The incumbent will provide technical, tactical, and conceptual information and advice to the supervisor for all IT/IM matters relating to both the tactical and strategic levels of exercises, deployments, and contingency IT/IM requirements. Coordination with event points of contact (POCs) is essential to ensure that the team understands and meets all event requirements for IT support, aiming for high customer satisfaction in terms of quality, punctuality, functionality, and reliability. The role also includes analyzing current information system capabilities, recommending solutions for operational improvements, applying new developments to previously unsolvable problems, and conducting analyses to resolve complex issues affecting the support of exercises, deployments, and contingency missions.
