RieLes Group seeks to foster a relationship with each employee and our business partners Site Leader Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) Location: United States Army Fires Center of Excellence Worksite: Fort Sill – 1803 Macomb Road, Fort Sill, OK 73503 Period of Performance: Base Year: June 3, 2026 to 2 May 2, 2027 Option Year 1: June 3, 2027 – May 2, 2028 Option Year 2: May 3, 2028 – May 2, 2029 Option Year 3: May 3, 2029 – May 2, 2030 Option Year 4: May 3, 2030 – May 2, 2031 The contractor will provide comprehensive Information Technology and Knowledge Management support services to sustain the training, education, and operational mission of the Fires Center of Excellence Job Summary The Site Leader will oversee the overall performance of the IT Support Services contract at Fort Sill. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and Government leadership, ensuring all technical services are delivered efficiently and in compliance with contract requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in leadership or program management
  • Strong knowledge of DoD IT operations and cybersecurity policies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Army or DoD training environments
  • PMP or similar management certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs)
  • Provide oversight and management of all ITSS personnel
  • Ensure contract compliance, quality assurance, and timely delivery of services
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational reporting
  • Coordinate with network, IT support, AV, and training teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor service performance metrics and address issues proactively
  • Lead meetings, briefings, and status reports with government leadership
