About The Position

We are looking for an IT Project Analyst who can analyze and respond to user inquiries and assist with improving project efficiency and effectiveness. You will perform a variety of professional technology support tasks to cover in a functional Navy mailbox for account access requests, application support, troubleshooting account issues, referring users to command representative, escalating priority issues, and consolidating daily requests. You will work directly with clients to help ensure tasks are managed effectively. You will empower our clients through communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You will engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones. You will contribute to translating larger program goals and concepts into well-designed project plans to assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoD.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
  • Ability to perform shift work.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IT Help Desk.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ITIL Certification.
