To establish, implement, manage, maintain and secure the credit union's information technology infrastructure, including all phases of systems design, applications systems software, hardware, programming, installation, networking, and mainframe operations. Responsible for strategic and technology planning for the credit union. Reviews and evaluates project feasibility studies based on management's requirements and priorities. Ensures all IT systems operate efficiently, securely and in compliance with regulatory standards. The ITO provides technical support to staff, manages the IT staff, oversees vendor relationships, and collaborates with leadership across departments to lead technology initiatives that enhance member service, cybersecurity and operational efficiency.
