Under the direction of the Technical Services Director, the IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the park's information technology systems, including infrastructure, networking, surveillance systems, and Wi-Fi. This role ensures the smooth and secure operation of technology systems that support both park operations and the guest experience. The IT Manager will manage, coordinate, and oversee the daily functions of the Information Technology team and projects for the company, ensuring competent, timely and effective results. Provides IT team leadership, ensuring the highest level of integrity, accountability, and guest service. Ensures that effective communication and relationships between nontechnical and technical staff at all levels are maintained. Works with Entertainment Technology Manager and Revenue Systems Manager to manage shop operations, schedules, and issues.
