About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for an Information Technology Manager to join the team in Oklahoma City, OK. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the local Information Digital Technology and Security Business Partner (IDT&S BP) team in Oklahoma City (OKC) supporting the Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) programs. This leader will own OKC site Information Technology (IT) business partnering, site support activities, and MS&B program IT alignment to drive delivery of software, analytics, digital, and cloud capabilities with first-time quality.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a business and IT environment, partnering and strategizing on IT initiatives to drive transformation.
  • 10+ years of experience with technical implementation in classified and unclassified environments, preferably in large-scale digital or business transformations, system integrations, infrastructure and operations, cybersecurity, networking, etc.
  • 10+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management.
  • 10+ years of experience with budget management principles and practices to develop and administer project or operating budgets.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
  • Active U.S. Security Clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret).
  • Experience with defining hosting and infrastructure requirements and lead coordination across Engineering, Security, Program Management, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT Business Partner team members and liaison with IT functions supporting Boeing OKC, including software development and integration labs, site support, and local infrastructure efforts.
  • Partner with OKC program and site stakeholders to align IT priorities with business goals and operational objectives for MS&B programs and other OKC initiatives.
  • Implement aircraft engineering IT solutions and deliver software, analytics, digital, and cloud capabilities in both classified and unclassified OKC environments.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Information Security, Quality, and other OKC functions to identify complex hosting requirements (network, hardware, software) to support design, development, integration, and testing activities at the OKC site.
  • Oversee mission system development activities for OKC programs, including security and infrastructure design, data architecture and integration, compliance, analytics and machine learning, virtualization, web and software application development, automation, cloud platform, optimization, and reliability.
  • Facilitate OKC site activities such as conference room upgrades, classified lab standups, network infrastructure upgrades, and Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
  • Manage OKC budget, funding, and affordability requirements; motivate and develop direct reports; acquire necessary resources and participate in Long Range Business Planning (LRBP) and prioritize for OKC initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional OKC teams to develop and execute project plans from requirements initiation and complex hosting engagements through post-completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
